i started the weekend with a japanese punk show and ended it with quasi. but quasi sucked. i mean i love them but the show just sucked. so no pictures for you.


we are having a padiddle contest. i have 32, alec has 9 and tony has 0. during the past few weeks i have come to learn that police car padiddles are just as common as the regular sedan or minivan padiddle, which is strange to me.

ok this is the explorer's club. those are some of their early 1900s flags and that is their polar bear. i can't begin to explain this institution to you. words will not do it justice. you know that scene in life aquatic where steve takes ned to the explorer's club? well that scene was based on this place. i attended a sort of lecture on deep sea exploration and film documentation by this guy that invented the whole thing. underwater documentaries i mean. he had an eye patch. and he was not at all out of place in the crowd.


i know this is a picture of a picture. sorry but i had to. its from the andy warhol show on 69th and park avenue and you should probably go see it for yourself. there are like two pictures of sylvester stallone in man panties.
